You work hard. So why does financial freedom still feel out of reach?
You earn money and try to be responsible. But somehow something always happens.
Unexpected expenses appear, good intentions disappear, and you just can’t quite figure out how to get your money to work as hard as you need it to. It can start to feel like financial freedom is only for people who earn more, inherit more, or get lucky.
Most of us were never taught how money actually works. We’re told to work hard, save a little, and hope things work out.
But financial freedom rarely happens by accident, nor is it built through extreme budgeting or sudden discipline. It happens when you start designing how money flows through your life.
And the truth is, money challenges are rarely just math problems. They’re often behavioural patterns, habits, and beliefs that shape how we earn, spend, and grow wealth. It’s not only about how much you earn. It’s about the systems, habits, and decisions that shape what happens to your money over time.
In this workshop, you’ll explore how principles from behavioural economics can help you create a financial system that works with your real life – not against it.
This session also draws on Dr Jeanne Fredericks’ own financial journey. While helping large organisations improve financial processes for more than a decade, she experienced a striking contrast in her own life – living paycheck to paycheck. But once she began investing deeply in financial literacy and developing a wealth mindset, everything started to change. Within a year of intentionally applying those principles, her income tripled – and it has continued to grow ever since.
More importantly, that journey allowed her to step out of hustle culture and into freedom culture – a life where financial freedom creates options rather than pressure.
During the session, you’ll learn how to:
- Design a money system that works with your lifestyle
• Recognise and overcome limiting beliefs about money and wealth
• Automate your financial progress so it happens consistently
• Make financial decisions based on data rather than emotion
This session isn’t about quick wins, get-rich-quick strategies, or unrealistic promises.
It’s about building a practical system that allows your financial life to grow with intention.
If you’ve ever thought, “I’m doing my best, but I still don’t feel financially secure.”
Then this workshop will help you start designing a system that moves you closer to that goal.
It is an investment in building the life – and the freedom – you want.
