Before my personal coaching sessions with Dr Jeanne Fredericks, I struggled to clearly articulate the direction I wanted to take in my life and creative pursuits. I struggled to structure my goals and often found myself overwhelmed by too many ideas, often pursuing things that were not truly priorities because I had not yet broken down why certain goals mattered more than others.

Through her coaching, she helped me unpack my thinking and helped me break down and understand what should actually take priority and why. We also spent time reflecting on some of the patterns behind my decisions, which helped me better understand myself and why I sometimes approached things the way I did. That self-awareness was important in addressing habits and helped me approach my goals with more intention. Rather than simply telling me what to do, she guided me through a process of understanding how I approach decisions and introduced practical tools that helped me structure my ideas and approach challenges more intentionally and effectively.

Throughout our sessions, I became noticeably more focused and confident in how I expressed my goals and the direction I wanted to take. The coaching helped turn complex ideas into practical action, and by the end I had a much clearer framework for turning big ideas into structured plans.
